What do you expect to see? Stop kicking over bins that can't be picked up. This has been an issue for awhile but I did a search and couldn't locate a thread, please merge if I missed it. It didn’t return in The Sims 4 until a CC maker decided that it should have. Random sims come to the lot and kick over trash bins all the time. This edit of the NanoCan Touchless Trash Can functions pretty much exactly the same. Perfect for tiny homes or just modern ones, and your Sim’s trash can no longer has to be sticking out like a sore thumb in the kitchen. I use the outdoor more park style bins on many lots and my sims are unable to pick the bin up again after it's been kicked.
